During my 6-year tenure as a software developer, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of companies, from 3-man startups to Fortune 500 giants. I've learned to love the "scrappy" nature of successful small teams and startups: each member owns outcomes and works to improve processes without waiting to be micromanaged. I bring that same energy to my work as a consultant. I started Convergent Design because I want to own outcomes, help clients grow, and care about the details the way founders do.
